Any defective parts will be sent back to the manufacture to be inspected and replaced.
If there is any physical damage or if the unit is, fryed, burned, boiled, broiled, cooked or any other damage resulting from overclocking or any form of consumer tampering. The parts will not be replaced.
How ever if the parts are still under warrantee and died due to manufactures defect or natural causes they will be replaced and if the tower is shipped back to Project Alien.com the labor will be free as well under the first year from the date of purchase.
